Our outdoor U/D Night Market returns for two nights, bringing festive charm to the heart of University District. With over 35 local vendors, live entertainment and unique activities for all ages, the market has something special for everyone, and each night will offer something a little different.
Enjoy the convenience of renting skates, skating aids, and helmets for both children and adults at our new Skate Hut in Central Commons Park. Ice skates are available in sizes ranging from toddler size 7 to men’s size 16, ensuring everyone can join in the fun. Weather permitting, the state-of-the art ice rink at Central Commons Park will be open and skate rentals will be available.

Join us for a festive evening on November 28, 2024, as we celebrate the start of the holiday season with a special Tree Lighting Ceremony! At 6:30 p.m., witness the winter magic as we light up our beautiful holiday tree. Beginning at 6:00 p.m., the first 300 guests will receive a special gift to light up Central Commons Park. Stroll through our holiday market filled with local vendors offering one-of-a-kind gifts and handmade treasures. Don’t miss a chance to meet the Ice Queen herself as she wanders through the event, adding a touch of enchantment. The evening will be filled with music and fun, featuring live performances from Dan the One Man Band, dressed as “Elfis,” and DJ sets to keep the energy high. Celebrate the spirit of the season with us at an event full of holiday cheer!
December 5, 2024 | 5 to 9 p.m.
If you can’t make it to our November festivities, there’s still a chance to soak in the holiday spirit on December 5, 2024! Discover unique gifts and support over 35 local artisans at night two of our market,, the best way to find holiday sweets and treats. Step into our giant, 50-foot heated igloo, where you can warm up with free hot chocolate and participate in holiday craft making, while supplies last. So be sure to put this on your must do list. Keep an eye out for the Grinch, who’ll be making the rounds to add a bit of laughter and playful mischief. The evening also features stunning choreographed skating performances on our Central Commons Park outdoor rink, as well as DJ musical sets that will keep the festive energy alive all night long. Embrace the holiday season with us—it’s an event you won’t want to miss.
