University District is a multi-family development with homes to suit an array of home styles. The current options include condos, townhomes, rentals and seniors living suitable for a variety of family sizes. Visit the Discovery Centre to learn more about our housing options, view our show suites and get to know the builders bringing U/D to life.
The development will have approximately 7000 units when complete.
Rather than a show home parade, we’ve brought our builders and their show suites under one roof. The University District Discovery Centre is located just north of the Alberta Children’s Hospital, at 4410 University Ave NW; the street formerly known as West Campus Way.
Tour the community information with one of our Customer Experience Ambassadors or do a self-directed tour with our touch screens. Explore the community model table, or get a tour of show suites with sales staff ready to help you learn more about home options for living at U/D.
See show suite details on the Discovery Centre page.
The development has a long-term vision, with implementation taking place over the next 20 years. Completion is anticipated in 2034.
