2) Temperature Controlled Ice

The ice rink isn’t just any outdoor skating venue—it’s built with cutting-edge technology to ensure a great skating experience, even in milder temperatures spanning 131 ft by 131 ft, the rink offers ample space for skaters to glide, twirl and play.

The rink features a CO2 refrigeration system, which not only ensures consistently smooth and high-quality ice in chinook weather but also aligns with U/D’s commitment to environmental sustainability.

Skate with friends on smooth, resurfacing-maintained ice, with rentals available at the Skate Hut.
