What’s different about the single-level residences at Capella? Only 50 units available, there will be two to three homes per floor with a maximum of eight residences with a private garage, all with access to a semi-private elevator for each. The spacious residences, with two- and three-bedroom options from 1300 to 2000 square feet, including penthouse homes, have a generous square footage if you’re looking for open layouts. An added bonus: you will have the opportunity to work with a interior designer at The Brookfield Studio to create a home that truly represents your tastes and desires.
