Celebrate With Us 

To celebrate the official launch of GUILD by Crystal Creek Homes, a public builder launch event will be taking place at the University District Discovery Centre, located at 4410 University Ave NW on May 4, 2024 from 12 to 5 pm.

The public launch event for GUILD is free to attend and will be the first opportunity for members of the community to learn more about GUILD, speak with representatives from Crystal Creek Homes and see the GUILD show suite for themselves. There will also be an opportunity to put down a deposit on available units.

Guests at the event can expect a gourmet affogato station in collaboration with University District’s Village Ice Cream and Monogram coffee. A luxury coffee dessert which combines ice cream and luxury espresso, a must try for those who have never experienced it before. 

Entertainment at the event will bring a Spanish twist. Ricardo Sánchez, a flamenco guitarist will be performing a total of four sets while flamenco dancer Silvia Temis performs alongside him. We can’t wait to experience this lively and colourful presentation!

Ricardo Sanches is a revered flamenco guitarist and composer, known for his captivating performances and innovative compositions in the genre. He has appeared at some of the largest flamenco festivals in North America and infuses traditional flamenco with a unique perspective. 

Silvia holds a masters degree in flamencology from ESMUC in Barcelona, Spain and specializes in flamenco singing for English speakers. Interestingly, her recent thesis on “A Method of Cante Flamenco for English Speakers” has become a leading voice in the field.
