Josh Delannoy, Senior Development Manager at University of Calgary Properties Group says, “We’re exploring opportunities to incorporate some retail and office spaces to the area along with more naturalized green spaces to complement the urban-style parks of University District.”

Residential Offerings and Community Features in the South Neighbourhood
Once complete, homebuyers and renters will have a variety of residential options to choose from in this area.
