How many homes will be built in the development?
The development will have approximately 7000 units when complete.
Do you have a show home parade?
Rather than a show home parade, we’ve brought our builders and their show suites under one roof. The University District Sales & Discovery Centre is located just off Shaganappi Trail on University Ave at 4410 University Ave NW.
