U/D Welcomes Analog Coffee, Jimmy John’s, Snore MD, & piper + ally to its University Avenue Retail Main Street

University District has announced the addition of four new retailers to its Retail Main Street: Analog Coffee is now open with Jimmy John’s, Snore MD and piper + ally, anticipated to open in early fall. U/D is currently home to more than 50 diverse shops and services, including quick-serve and dine-in restaurants, a bakery, grocery and specialty wine and liquor, and fitness facilities. Further, the community boasts Cineplex VIP Cinemas, the Alt Hotel, Shoppers Drug Mart, Staples and Staples Studio,its co-working space, as well as many professional services and commercial office-space tenants.

Jimmy John’s is situated on the ground floor of Aria, a purpose-built residential rental project by Harrison Street, while Analog Coffee, Snore MD, and piper + ally are on the ground floor of Autumn, a condominium project developed by Homes by Avi.

The brand first launched in Canada in 2024 through a partnership with Canadian-based company Foodtastic, and has now grown to 16 locations across Canada. The highly anticipated opening will take place in early fall.
