U/D Night Market Hosting Its Grand Finale With The Global Pet Foods SuperDogs™

The last U/D Night Market of 2025 takes place Wednesday, September 24 at Central Commons Park, closing out the series of summer community celebrations.

In collaboration with Marketspot, University District (U/D) is gearing up for its final U/D Night Market of the season on Wednesday, September 24, 2025. This free outdoor celebration brings together local artisan vendors, live entertainment, including two performances from the beloved Global Pet Foods SuperDogs™ and more family-friendly fun for all ages.

What: Calgarians will enjoy a vibrant evening filled with artisan vendors, entertainment, and interactive fun at the final U/D Night Market of the year. The Global Pet Foods SuperDogs™ will bring their tricks and stunts to delight audiences of all ages. Bloco Vivo, a high-octane Calgary street band inspired by the big, boisterous rhythms of northeast Brazil, will keep the energy soaring with a one-hour set. To close out the season in style, Calgary-based pop-rock group, The Frontiers, will take the stage for a powerful one-hour finale guaranteed to get everyone on their feet.

Entertainment Schedule:

5:00 – 6:00 pm: Joash Charles

6:00 – 6:30 pm: The Global Pet Foods SuperDogs Show #1 (followed by 15min. Pat ‘n Chat)

6:30 – 7:30 pm: Bloco Vivo

7:30 – 8:00 pm: The Global Pet Foods SuperDogs Show #2 (followed by 15min. Pat ‘n Chat)

8:00 – 9:00 pm: The Frontiers
