Luxuria Homes to Debut New Residential Project in University District with Public Builder Launch Celebration

The celebration marks the official opening of Luxuria Homes’ townhome show suite at the University District Sales & Discovery Centre, and will take place on Saturday, March 28, 2026.

University District (U/D) will host a public Builder Launch celebration on Saturday, March 28, 2026 for Luxuria Homes. The event will mark the official debut of Vanguard townhomes and will welcome visitors to experience the project’s new show suite at the University District Sales & Discovery Centre.

What: University District will host a Builder Launch event celebrating the debut of Vanguard, its newest luxury townhome offering within the award-winning University District community. The public event will feature live music by soul songstress Ellen Doty, immersive art activations with T. Sand Studio, and a curated selection of small bites and cocktails. Media and guests will also have the opportunity to tour Luxuria Homes’ new Vanguard show suite located inside the University District Sales & Discovery Centre.

When: Saturday, March 28, 2026 from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Where: University District Sales & Discovery Centre at 4410 University Ave NW, Calgary

Who: Spokespeople from University of Calgary Properties Group and Luxuria Homes will be on-site and available between 12:00 p.m. and 2 p.m. for media interviews.
