Luxuria Homes Announces Newest Condo and Townhome Project in University District

Luxuria Homes will bring a refined multi-family project featuring 184 homes to Calgary’s University District, located adjacent to the University of Calgary main campus

University District continues to expand its dynamic residential offerings with the addition of a new builder partner, Luxuria Homes. The Calgary-based builder will bring a collection of thoughtfully designed condominiums and townhomes to the community through a multi-family development that will deliver 184 new homes to University District upon completion. Construction is anticipated to begin next summer.

Luxuria Homes’ new condominium offering, Cadence, will feature 156 meticulously planned units ranging from 504 to 784 sq. ft., across two, five-storey modern buildings. Residents will enjoy a range of amenities including a private gym, a versatile amenity space with a spacious outdoor patio, secure entry, dedicated parking and a private outdoor patio for each unit.

Luxuria Homes’ new townhome offering, Vanguard, is a limited collection of 28 design-driven townhomes influenced by six distinctive cities – Kyoto’s calm, Marrakech texture, Stockholm’s simplicity, Manhattan’s edge, São Paulo’s modernism and Edinburgh’s rich history. Each of the three-storey homes across four buildings are intentionally different, offering approximately 1,900 sq. ft. of living space and three bedrooms with interiors that celebrate design as culture, not as trend. Every townhome will include a double-car garage equipped for EV charging and buyers will have the opportunity to choose a bespoke design package rooted in a specific city or aesthetic movement with unique finishes and materials to reflect that theme.

The new projects, designed by Gravity Architecture, are a contemporary and welcoming addition to University District’s urban landscape. The design emphasizes functional elegance and connection to greenspaces that complement the community’s pedestrian-friendly design.

Luxuria Homes’s Show Suite will open for public viewing at the University District Sales & Discovery Centre this Saturday, November 22, 2025. It is located at 4410 University Ave NW. A grand opening event is scheduled for 2026.
