Step into a winter wonderland this November and December at Central Commons Park for the U/D Night Market – Holiday Edition. In partnership with Marketspot, each event is free, family-friendly and offers its own unique festive flare that brings together local vendors, live music and entertainment and so much more! Make sure to dress for the weather and then keep yourself warm with our on-site fire features spread throughout the park.
U/D Night Market – Holiday Edition dates:

Experience a dazzling fire-and-ice performance as the Ice Queen returns to University District to lead an enchanting tree lighting ceremony. Visitors will receive free jingle bells* to join in and help create an unforgettable, interactive holiday moment. Explore a curated selection of local vendors and get a head start on your holiday shopping while enjoying live music, festive treats and the glow of twinkling lights.

Step into a magical 50-foot heated igloo to enjoy a cozy retreat away from the winter chill. Inside, guests will enjoy complimentary hot chocolate and a Holiday Crafts Workshop for the kids. The evening will also feature a series of captivating choreographed ice skating performances from local professional skaters.
Don’t forget to bring your skates, or rent them from the Skate Hut so that you can enjoy our outdoor skating rink before and after the performances!

*Please note that the Central Commons Park outdoor skating will be temporarily unavailable for public use from 6:00 – 6:40 pm to allow for visitors to be dazzled by choreographed performances by local professional skaters. We encourage you to bring your skates or rent a pair at the Skate Hut to enjoy the rink before and after the performances.
