Guests will watch as stunning real-time artistry comes to life right in front of them.

In addition to the live performance, guests will have the opportunity to learn from a master artist, Kelly Choo, through four interactive lightboxes designed for audience participation, creating a hands-on moment that invites curiosity, creativity, and an experience that will linger long after the event.

The afternoon will be complemented by culturally inspired small bites and signature mocktails, curated to reflect the international influences behind this new living opportunity. Guests will leave with their own keepsake to remember their journey through the cities that inspired the Vanguard design styles.
