Doors Begin to Open for Residents at GUILD by Crystal Creek Homes

GUILD by Crystal Creek Homes is almost complete and has reached a key milestone, with initial homeowners now settling into their new homes. We’re thrilled to welcome the new residents to the community!

Upon completion, GUILD will offer 40, two and three-bedroom townhouse units across six buildings, combining elegance and comfort. Each unit will boast over 2,000 square feet, private elevators, rooftop patios, and double garages, main floor balconies, modern amenities, spacious layouts and sophisticated design elements.

Homeowners will take possession through a phased approach, allowing the project to maintain a high level of quality while steadily growing its number of residents.

You’re invited! On Saturday, May 2, 2026 from 12-5 pm, Crystal Creek Homes will host a Grand Showhome Opening event, providing a full look at the design and craftsmanship that define GUILD. Community members and visitors can look forward to small bites, complimentary coffee and beverages and a chance to win a $500 dining package featuring gift cards to five of U/D’s most popular restaurants.

Exciting news! Jayman BUILT has recently opened six fully-finished Magna show suites for viewing, offering those looking to call U/D home the opportunity to experience a range of designs and styles firsthand.
